From Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales by Route 9, a 250 km paved road, then from Puerto Natales you will have to take the Route 9 and depending on which entrance of the park you want to go, there are two options:
It is advisable to enter by one route and get out through the other.
During High Season in Torres del Paine National Park (October- April) there are many bus companies who make regular trips from Puerto Natales to Torres del Paine, through Cerro Castillo Route. They stop in different parts of the park, finishing at the Administration of Torres del Paine National Park.

From Puerto Natales is possible to take a vessel that sales from the Ultima Esperanza Fjord, passing by Balmaceda Glacier and Serrano Glacier, afterwards you will disembark at the estuary of Serrano River and you will go in a Zodiac up river to get to finally get to Torres del Paine National Park. It can be made in both directions.
At Punta Arenas is the Carlos Ibañez del Campo Airport, at 20 km north from Punta Arenas, authorized buses and transfer drive to Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales.
